Managing Personal Files: Lessons Learned from Marriage of Soekarno and Inggit Garnasih

The aim of the study is to identify personal archives management with a case study of documentation of marriage letter archives - divorce letter of ir. soekarno and inggit garnasih. The study used a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data was collected from documentation and observation. Personal archives management perspective, documentation of marriage letter archives - divorce letter of Soekarno and Inggit: 1) as evidence that contains event marriage-divorce witnessed and legalized by officials; 2) Manage and preserve for through lamination to avoid damage; 3) Has informational value (research needs) and intrinsic value (archival age and word usage); 4) Have historical value so that it can be given to the archival institution. individuals, families, and organizations need to manage their archives to prevent archives from being damaged, even losing a archive. Archives need to be arranged so they can easily be retrieved.

The Development of The Capital Nusantara with Ecology, Forestry, and Archival Paradigms

_Abstract

The National Capital is the center of government of a country. This makes the State Capital will always be a historical record and the world's attention. Nusantara has been designated as a Candidate for the new State Capital. All processes concerning the movement and development of the Nusantara Capital will be of concern to the whole world, because the Nusantara Capital will be the first capital in the world to apply the concept of "forest city". The record created by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in the framework of moving and developing the National Capital City is an embryo of archive in the field of environment and forestry. How the Ministry of Environment and Forestry provides recommendations for the release of forest areas, maintains nature conservation, ensures the harmony between the development of the National Capital and environmental sustainability, all of which will be recorded in the history of the country and the world.

Processing Photograph Inactive Records of Library and Archives Agency of Ponorogo

Archives are vital in life. Even without us realizing it, every day we create archives in every activity. The Ponorogo Regency Library and Archives Service itself has archives of papers, photographs and sound recordings and the topic of research by researchers is inactive photo archives. The volume of inactive photo archives is quite a lot and has not been processed due to a lack of human resources. This research was conducted in March 2022. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques including literature studies, observations, and interviews. The analytical method used by researchers is qualitative. From the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that there are 7 stages in processing inactive photo archives at the Ponorogo Regency Library and Archives Service. Processing supporting factors are 2 factors while processing inhibiting factors are 2 factors. Retrieval of inactive photo archives is carried out using description cards made in Microsoft Excel which have been printed to make archive retrieval easier.

The FTIR test results show mylar plastic sample is a polybutylene terephthalate polymer. Laraska 1, laraska 2 and laraska 3 plastic samples are polyvinyl alcohol polymers. Mika Asahi and Astralon Restorasi 1 plastic samples are polyvinyl chloride polymers. The plastic samples of Astralon Restorasi 2, Astralon Restorasi 3 and Plastik Sablon are poly (cyclohexadimethylene) terephthalate polymer. 3M double-sided tape samples are Cellulose Acetate-Based Backing Tapes and Acrylic Based Adhesive Tapes, kenko, joyco and subaru double-sided tape samples are Polypropylene-Based Backing Tapes and Rubber (Synthetic) Based Adhesive Tapes. There was an increase in MD direction tear strength values after aging in Mylar (50.67%), Plastik Sablon (11.58%), Mika Asahi (21.12%), Astralon Restorasi 1 (24.02), and Astralon Restorasi 3 (34.87%) samples and a decrease in Astralon Restoration 2 (3.27%) samples. There was an increase in tear strength values in the CD direction for Mylar (20.67%), Mika Asahi (15.14%), Astralon Restorasi 1 (30.26%), Astralon Restorasi 2 (27.01%) and Astralon Restorasi 3 (4.37%) and a decrease for Plastik Sablon samples (32.59%). There was an increase in tensile strength values after aging in Mylar (4.30%), Plastik Sablon (10.43%), Mika Asahi (5.42%) and Astralon Restorasi 3 (1.67%) samples and a decrease in Astralon Restorasi 1 (2.39%) and Astralon Restorasi 2 (5.84%) samples. GC-MS testing on all double-sided tape samples obtained the most dominant content results are Oxirane, 2-ethyl-2-methyl-, Cyclopentane, methyl- and 3-methylpentane.

Consumer Service System, Electronic Document Management System, and Digital Disruption

SMDE is a strategy that integrates electronic document management systems and company workflows. To support the management of electronic documents in business regulatory personal data protection implementation rations, especially customer service, a strategy is needed to analyze opportunities and challenges that must be prepared when adopting this system. This study investigates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of SMDE implementation in consumer service systems in the era of digital disruption. This study uses exploratory studies. The data was processed through a SWOT analysis to determine the strategy for implementing the SMDE through the PDCA approach. The research results show an opportunity to integrate SMDE with CRM Tools, allowing each unit to collaborate in decentralized document management. However, data security challenges are triggered by system failures, the unavailability of specialized document management experts, perishable technology, and the lack of optimal regulatory personal data protection implementation. So, a storage planning strategy, workflow, and data security are needed. The results suggest the establishment of SOP, supervision, and company follow-up to implement document management integrated with CRM Tools as a business information system that meets data security requirements.
